Rockland, Orange County Motorists Among Those Nabbed For DWI Over Weekend Nearly two dozen impaired drivers were busted by state police in Orange and Rockland County over the weekend as law enforcement officials continue their crackdown on intoxicated drivers in the Hudson Valley. Since the holiday season, New York State Police and local law enforcement agencies were “out in full force” to curtail impaired drivers in the region, busting hundreds who were operating their vehicles while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
