Fire At Three-Story Norwalk Home Displaces 10 A fire at a three-story Norwalk home left 10 people homeless when the structure was gutted by smoke and fire. The fire started around 11:56 a.m. Saturday at 34 Kossuth St., said Norwalk Fire Department Deputy Chief Stephen Shay. When firefighters arrived on the scene, they found fire showing on the second and third floors, he said.
