Christopher T. Peloso, a longtime New Jersey resident and NJ Transit employee, died on Monday, March 9 at the age of 40, according to his obituary on the Bizub Parker Funeral Home website.

Nearly 195,000 handheld clothing steamers are being recalled after dozens of people suffered serious burn injuries.
Aterian, Inc. is recalling about 194,400 of its PurSteam-branded steamers, the Consumer Product Safety Commission announced on Thursday, Feb. 5. The recall includes about 119,000 PurSteam Mighty Lil Steamers and 75,400 PurSteam Elite Travel Steamers.
