Murder Of Hudson Valley College Student Remains Mystery 20 Years Later New York State Police are continuing to investigate the murder of a 20-year-old Hudson Valley woman 20 years ago. Megan McDonald's body was found in Orange County on Saturday, March 15, 2003, in a field off Bowser Road in the town of Wallkill. McDonald’s 1991 white Mercury Sable was discovered two days later in an apartment complex parking lot, in the town of Wallkill, said Trooper Steven Nevel. Unidentified Man Found Shot On New Haven Street, Police Say Police in Connecticut are seeking the public's help after an unidentified man was found shot on a city street. The incident took place in New Haven around 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 15 in the area of Dixwell Avenue near West Hazel Street. 25-Year-Old Nabbed For Armed Robbery Of Long Island Hotel Guest, Police Say A Long Island 25-year-old has been charged with robbery for allegedly entering a hotel room and demanding money from the victim while threatening them with a knife. The incident took place in Massapequa around 8:20 p.m. on Wednesday, March 15 at the Budget Inn located at 400 Carman Mill Road. Woman, Juvenile Charged With Destroying Headstone At Bridgeport Cemetery, Police Say A 19-year-old woman and juvenile have been charged with allegedly destroying a headstone at a Bridgeport cemetery. The incident took place in Bridgeport at the Lakeview Cemetery on Boston Avenue on Sunday, Feb. 26. Police Investigating Death Of Popular Westport Chef Outside Of Restaurant Westport Police are investigating a crash that killed a popular chef from Norwalk who was standing in front of the restaurant when he was hit. The crash took place in Westport around 11:30 p.m., Saturday, March 4, in front of The Whelk, a well-known seafood restaurant, located at 575 Riverside Ave. According to Lt. Person Burned After Cell Phone Battery Began 'Violently Burning' In CT One person was burned after a cell phone battery caught fire, causing a Connecticut apartment building to be evacuated.
