Toddler Falls From Second Story Window: Philadelphia PD A toddler's fall from a second-story window called Philadelphia police to Kensington on Sunday night, July 14, according to a release the following morning.  The 2-year-old girl was found on the 500 block of East Indiana Avenue around 9 p.m., city police detailed in the release.  The girl was taken to St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in critical condition, according to PPD.
