Teenager Struck By MD Driver MedEvac'd From Crash In PA: Police An 18-year-old man was struck by a car while crossing a street in Hanover, on Saturday, Oct. 22, authorities say. The victim was hit while "wearing dark clothing" and "not using a marked crosswalk," at 9:11 p.m. in the 1000 block of Carlisle Street, according to Hanover police. He was flown to York Hospital with serious injuries, as detailed in the release. The teen's identity was not released.
