Miller was heading south on Tidewater Trail on a 2003 Kawasaki motorcycle, when he struck a northbound Dodge Charger that had exited Briarwood lane around 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, May 12, the Spotsylvania County Sheriff’s Office said. Man Raped Victim Under 13 Years Old, Police In Loudoun County Say A 47-year-old man has been charged with raping a child under 13 years old, authorities in Leesburg said. On Sunday, May 12, the Leesburg Police Department received a report of a child who was sexually assaulted by a person known to them, local police said.  After conducting an investigation, officers arrested Aroldo Santos Velasquez, who was charged with rape of a child under the age of 13 and object sexual penetration.
