Child Runs Into Passing Car On Lebanon Street, Police Say A child was struck by a car after darting into traffic on a Lebanon street, city police announced on Thursday, April 10. Officers responded to the 200 block of South 10th Street at approximately 8:34 a.m. for a report of a pedestrian hit by a vehicle, according to a release from the Lebanon City Police Department. Investigators determined the child ran into the side of a passing vehicle and was struck, authorities said. The child suffered minor injuries at the scene, police noted. The driver was not found to be at fault, officials confirmed. No charges have been filed.
