Construction Begins On $60M Affordable Housing Development By Yonkers Train Station Work has begun on an all-new $60 million development that will include numerous affordable apartments and commercial space located near a Metro-North train station in Westchester. The upcoming development, called The St. Clair, will be located in downtown Yonkers and will include 76 affordable apartments when it is completed, New York Gov. Kathy Hochul announced on Wednesday, Sept. 27. These units will be affordable to households earning at or below 80 percent of the Area Median Income, according to Hochul's office. The vehicle burglary happened on Sunday, Sept. 24 in the area of Highland Avenue, Stratford Police announced on Tuesday, Sept. 26. 'Deviant, Destructive': Man Gets Prison Time For Raping Child In Hudson Valley A Connecticut man will spend more than a decade in prison for raping a child in New York's Hudson Valley. Fairfield County resident Patrick Lynch of Bethel, age 44, was sentenced on Tuesday, Sept. 26 in Orange County Court to 18 years in prison and 20 years of post-release supervision.
