Police Seek To ID Suspect In Capital Region Bank Robbery Police are asking for help with identifying a suspect caught on video robbing a bank in the region. The Albany County robbery occurred Wednesday, Sept. 14, at the TD Bank in Colonie, located on Central Avenue, according to police. There were no reports of injuries. Surveillance images released by police show the suspect wearing a blue shirt and black jacket with a black face mask and Phillies baseball cap. Testing revealed the virus was present in three deer on Long Island, in Southampton, the New York Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) said.
