The recall affects certain VINs of the company’s 2022 RZR Pro 4 Premium and Ultimate vehicles. Around 1,100 of the vehicles were sold at Polaris dealers across the US between May 2021 and April 2022, CPSC said. Josef Jarvis, age 32, of Albany, was sentenced to nearly four years behind bars Thursday, April 28, after pleading guilty to illegally carrying a firearm as a felon. Federal prosecutors said Jarvis admitted to possessing the loaded gun and ammunition while attempting to pass through a security checkpoint before boarding a flight in August 2021. 32-Year-Old From Capital Region Nabbed For Sexual Abuse Of Young Child, State Police Say A Capital Region man is behind bars, accused of sexually abusing a young child. Columbia County resident Ruben Martinez Cruz, age 32, of Valatie, is charged with felony criminal sexual act in the first degree, New York State Police said. Cruz was arrested Friday, April 22, after an investigation by State Police and the Columbia County Child Advocacy Center found that he sexually assaulted a victim under the age of 11, police said. He's currently being held at the Columbia County jail on a $100,000 bond. He was scheduled to appear back in court Tuesday, May 17.
