One Dead After House Fire Breaks Out In Allentown One person was killed during a house fire in Allentown early Tuesday morning, authorities said. The blaze broke out at around 4:30 a.m. at a two-story home in the 600 block of Randolph Street, according to Allentown Fire Capt. John Christopher. When firefighters arrived, they noticed heavy smoke and flames and went straight into the house, where they discovered a man on the first floor, Christopher said. 2 Arrests Made In Weekend Allentown Shooting A shooting that occurred over the weekend in Allentown resulted in the arrest of two people, authorities said. Officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of South 4th Street around 4:30 a.m. on Sunday after receiving a report of a fight with shots fired, Allentown police said. North Penn High School Grad Paul Hagerty Dies Suddenly At Age 33 Montgomery County native Paul G. Hagerty IV died suddenly on Nov. 11. He was 33. Born in Abington, Hagerty graduated from North Penn High School in 2007 and worked for his father's construction company, according to his obituary and Facebook page. His obituary described him as an active person who enjoyed sports such as soccer, swimming, snowboarding, and karate. Hagerty "truly knew how to have fun," reads his memorial. Four Hospitalized In Weekend Chester Shootings Two separate shootings in Chester on Sunday left four people hospitalized, including a 14-year-old boy, authorities in Delaware County said. Authorities ID Motorcyclist Killed In Deadly Bethlehem Crash A Lehigh Valley motorcyclist killed in a deadly crash over the weekend has been identified, authorities said. Bucks Corrections Officer Sentenced For Role In Drug Smuggling Ring Inside Jail A corrections officer was sentenced to two to four years in state prison for his role in a drug-smuggling ring inside the Bucks County Correctional Facility, authorities announced Friday.
