'Halloween Grinch' Wanted For Stealing Holiday Decorations, DelCo Police Say Police in Delaware County are looking for a "Halloween Grinch" who is accused of stealing holiday decorations from an area home. Officer Interrupts Berks County Burglary, Police Say Two people were arrested after an officer interrupted a burglary in Berks County on Saturday, authorities said.
