3 Brothers Tried To Defraud Postal Service, UPS, Citizens Bank Three brothers were charged by Indictment for trying to defraud the United States Postal Service, UPS, and Citizens Bank of hundreds of thousands of dollars, federal authorities said. PA Supreme Court Upholds Death Sentence Of Police Officer's Killer The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Wednesday again upheld the death sentence of a Bucks County man convicted of killing a police officer over a decade ago, authorities said.
