PA Resident Dies In NJ Turnpike Crash A Pennsylvania resident died Monday in a crash on the New Jersey Turnpike, authorities said. The driver of a BMW X3 was traveling west in the left lane near milepost 0.9 in Florence Township (Burlington County) around 12:40 a.m. when he struck the center barrier, New Jersey State Police Trooper Charles Marchan said. One of the rear passengers, Manjulaben Suresh Patel, 67, of Willow Grove, PA died. The driver and three other passengers were not seriously injured. The crash remains under investigation.

1 Man Hurt In Bucks County Warehouse Fire One man was injured in a fire that broke out in a Bucks County warehouse Friday, reports say. Crews arriving at the one-story building in the 600 block of Mears Road in Warminster around 4:30 p.m. noticed heavy smoke and fire, according to Warminster police. One man was left with facial and chest burns, authorities told 6abc. Berks Gunman Arrested In January Shooting Death Of 25-Year-Old Reading Man A Berks County man accused of fatally shooting a 25-year-old man in Reading earlier this year has been apprehended, authorities said. Valintine Meredith was arrested Friday on firearm and drug-related charges, as well as criminal homicide, aggravated assault, and robbery, according to the Reading Police Department. Meredith is accused of fatally shooting Tyre Little in the 200 block of Pearl Street around 12:45 p.m. on Jan. 12, police said. He was taken to Reading Central Court and is being held pending arraignment.

Lehigh Valley Coach Turns To Community For Support In Flood Cleanup Of Southside Little League A Lehigh Valley coach is turning to the community for help after his little league field was damaged by Hurricane Ida's remnants, which left southeastern Pennsylvania severely flooded last week. Lehigh Coroner IDs Woman Killed In I-78 Crash Lehigh County authorities have identified the woman killed in an I-78 crash Thursday as a 59-year-old Poconos woman. Barbara A. Lutz was the passenger of a car that was struck by another vehicle around 10:15 a.m. at mile marker 58 in Allentown, the Lehigh County Coroner's Office said. Hillside Man Struck Gas Attendant With Crowbar In Violent Robbery, Police Say A Hillside man was arrested for striking a gas attendant with a crowbar during a robbery last month, authorities said. The worker was inside a booth at the Express Fuel on Route 22 west on Aug. 2 when 38-year-old Quadiir Canty opened the door and struck him on the head with a crowbar, Hillside police detective Natalie Ogonowski said.
