Upper Merion High School Grad Jacob Cossel Dies, 22 Montgomery County native Jacob Cossel died on June 7 as a result of a motorcycle accident. He was 22. Born in King of Prussia, Cossel graduated from Upper Merion High School in 2017, according to his obituary. He was remembered as a "kind-hearted, skill with his hands, entrepreneurial young man; who would do anything for family or friends," his obit says. Berks Man Charged For Sexually Assaulting, Impregnating 13-Year-Old Niece, Authorities Say A Berks County man was arrested and charged after authorities were told he sexually assaulted and impregnated his 13-year-old niece. An investigation began on Dec. 27, 2020, when the Reading Police Department received a complaint relative to a sexual assault involving a 13-year-old female victim, according to the Berks County District Attorney’s Detective Office. Suspected Trenton Drug Dealer Indicted In Fatal Fentanyl Overdose, Burlington Prosecutor Says A 34-year-old alleged drug dealer from Trenton has been indicted for causing the fatal overdose of a Pemberton Township man, authorities said. A Burlington County Grand Jury on Aug. 3 returned the indictment against Marvin Montoya, according to Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina. PD: Montco Man Breaks Into Bedroom Of Young Conshohocken Girl, Attempts To Sexually Assault Her A Montgomery County man was arrested Wednesday after he broke into the bedroom of a young girl and attempted to sexually assault her, authorities said. Jersey City Man, 34, Dead In Newark Crash A Jersey City man died after suffering injuries in a crash Wednesday afternoon in Newark, authorities said. Calvin Cross, 34, was driving a Honda Accord on McCarter Highway between 3rd and 4th Avenue around 4 p.m. when he collided with a flatbed RAM 550 tow truck, according to Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. DA: Bucks Man Gets Up To 7 Years In State Prison For Disseminating Child Porn A Bucks County man was sentenced Wednesday to 3.5 to 7 years in state prison for dissemination of child pornography, authorities said. Kenneth Richard Roberts III, 26, of Falls Township, pleaded guilty in the case on April 22. As a condition of his sentence, he will also be required to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life, according to the Bucks County District Attorney's Office. MontCo Man Investigated For Child Porn Secretly Filmed Women During Sex, DA Says A Montgomery County man who was being investigated for child pornography is also facing charges for secretly filming videos of adult women during his sexual encounters, authorities said.
