Officers were on patrol around 3 a.m. in the area of S. 3rd Street and Chestnut Street when they were approached driver with a gunshot wound, West Reading police said. PD: Drowning Victim, 33, Pulled From Otter Creek In Bristol A drowning victim was pulled from Otter Creek in Bristol Borough Thursday evening, authorities said. Police were called to the scene off Maple Beach Road around 7 p.m. after a fisherman spotted a body in the water approximately 50 yards from the bridge, according to Bristol Borough police. NY Man Dead, 2 Hurt In Hilltown Township Crash One person died and two others were injured in a Hilltown Township crash Tuesday night, authorities said. Three men were loading items into a parked pick-up truck with a small trailer when a car traveling northbound in the 1600 block of Hilltown Pike struck the back of the trailer around 9:40 p.m., according to Hilltown Township police. Motorcyclist Punches Driver In Chester County Road Rage Incident, Police Say A 41-year-old motorcyclist was arrested after punching a driver in a road rage incident last week, authorities in Chester County said.
