Bouder was two months shy of graduating from Penncrest High School, where he was remembered for being a wrestler, according to his obituary. Gunfire Erupts During Police Softball Game In Delaware County Gunfire broke out during a police softball game in Upper Darby Tuesday night, authorities said. A member of the Darby Township Police Department and officers from surrounding areas were playing at the 69th Street Recreation Area when shots were fired just after 9 p.m., police said.
