Rental Car Rolls Over On Palisades Parkway Near Woodbury, Rockland County Border A rollover crash left a rental vehicle heavily damaged on the Palisades Interstate Parkway in the Hudson Valley.  The single-vehicle crash happened on the northbound Palisades Interstate Parkway near the Anthony Wayne Recreation Area on Friday morning, Sept. 18, according to the Woodbury Fire Department.  Fire officials said the vehicle, a rental car, rolled over. Despite the severity of the crash, only minor injuries were reported among those inside, according to the department.  Officials did not say how many people were in the vehicle or what caused the crash.
