14-Year-Old Gunned Down Teenage Woman In Lawrence: DA A 14-year-old Lawrence boy was arrested and charged with shooting and killing a Lawrence woman on the street, authorities said. Jobe Santiago is charged with murder following the Sept. 6 killing of Angie Aristy near 300 Howard St., the Essex County District Attorney. He is being tried as an adult. Student Had Loaded Gun In Lowell School, Threatened To 'Shoot Up The Block': DA A 16-year-old student brought a loaded revolver to a Lowell charter school on Tuesday, Sept. 12, and attacked a police officer who tried to take it from him, authorities said. The Massachusetts State Lottery announced that a Mass Cash ticket purchased at Joe’s Kwik Mart, 287 Prospect St. in Cambridge, on Sept. 30, 2022, will expire on Sept. 29. The winner numbers are 07-11-16-27-29. Man Charged With Central Mass Murder From 2013: DA A 42-year-old Fitchburg man has been charged in the shooting death of Shaun Hibbard in 2013.
