Road Closure: Route 119 In Elmsford To Be Affected For Several Nights Officials are warning motorists of an upcoming road closure that will affect a busy main route in Westchester for several nights.  Route 119 in Elmsford between Vreeland Avenue and Undercliff Avenue will close nightly beginning on Wednesday, March 20, and continuing through Friday, March 22, according to the New York State Department of Transportation.  The closure will last between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. each night and will allow crews to perform construction work.
