Lane Closures: Taconic State Parkway In Yorktown To Be Affected An upcoming lane closure is set to affect traffic on a busy parkway in Northern Westchester.  Two lanes of the northbound Taconic State Parkway between Exit 11 (Route 134) and Exit 13 (Underhill Avenue) in Yorktown will be closed for several hours on Thursday, March 14, the New York State Department of Transportation announced.  The closure will last from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., officials said, adding that it would allow for roadway repairs.
