15-Year-Old Seriously Injured After Being Struck While Crossing Road In Yonkers A 15-year-old boy was seriously injured after being hit by a vehicle while crossing a road in Westchester. The crash happened on Thursday, March 7 just before 3 p.m., when a pedestrian was hit in the area of Yonkers Avenue and Dunwoodie Street in Yonkers, according to Yonkers Police Detective Sergeant Frank DiDomizio.  Arriving officers found the teenager with serious injuries. Car Crashes Into Post Office Entrance In Mount Kisco A Northern Westchester post office was damaged when a vehicle crashed into its entrance.  The incident happened on Wednesday, March 6, when a vehicle crashed into the entrance of the Mount Kisco Post Office at 3 Morgan Dr., according to the Independent Fire Company #13.  The driver was later evaluated by Mount Kisco EMS, firefighters said. The vehicle was eventually removed after the Mount Kisco Building Department checked the structure, according to the department. The cause of the crash was not released.
