Teen Duo Caught In Chase After Stealing Car In Shelton, Crashing It: Police Two 14-year-olds, including one who was wearing an ankle bracelet, face criminal charges after stealing a car from a Fairfield County driveway and crashing it into a police cruiser, authorities announced. The theft happened on Sunday, Nov. 19 around 2:15 a.m., when a vehicle was stolen from a driveway in Shelton. Person Hospitalized After Car Crashes Into Friendly's Restaurant In CT A person was taken to a hospital after a car crashed into a Friendly's restaurant location in Connecticut. The incident happened in Hartford County on Sunday, Nov. 19, when a car crashed into the Friendly's in Newington at 3420 Berlin Turnpike (Route 5), according to the Newington Volunteer Fire Department. Following the crash, firefighters shut off utilities and remained at the scene until the town's building department arrived. One person suffered minor injuries and was hospitalized. The cause of the crash was not released.

Schools Evacuated, Searched After Teacher Receives Bomb Threat In Pelham A middle and high school in Westchester were evacuated and searched by authorities after a teacher was emailed a bomb threat, officials announced. Students at both Pelham Middle School and Pelham Memorial High School were evacuated and dismissed early on Monday, Nov. 20 after a teacher received a bomb threat over email, Pelham Superintendent Cheryl H. 4 Drivers Injured In Crash At Yonkers Raceway After Leading Horse Stumbles Four drivers are recovering after being injured in a chain-reaction crash at a raceway in Westchester that began when a leading horse stumbled during a race. 19-Year-Old Killed In CT Shooting: Suspect On Loose Authorities are searching for the suspect involved in a shooting that left a 19-year-old man dead in Connecticut. The shooting happened in New Haven on Sunday, Nov. 19 just before 8:30 p.m. in the area of Downes Street between Columbus Avenue (Route 1) and Congress Avenue, according to New Haven Police.
