Person Hospitalized After Car Crashes Into Friendly's Restaurant In CT A person was taken to a hospital after a car crashed into a Friendly's restaurant location in Connecticut.  The incident happened in Hartford County on Sunday, Nov. 19, when a car crashed into the Friendly's in Newington at 3420 Berlin Turnpike (Route 5), according to the Newington Volunteer Fire Department.  Following the crash, firefighters shut off utilities and remained at the scene until the town's building department arrived.  One person suffered minor injuries and was hospitalized. The cause of the crash was not released.

19-Year-Old Killed In CT Shooting: Suspect On Loose Authorities are searching for the suspect involved in a shooting that left a 19-year-old man dead in Connecticut.  The shooting happened in New Haven on Sunday, Nov. 19 just before 8:30 p.m. in the area of Downes Street between Columbus Avenue (Route 1) and Congress Avenue, according to New Haven Police.
