Rt 11 Reopens After Fatal Tanker Truck Crash: PennDOT A coroner was called to the scene of a crash on Route 11 on Wednesday morning, according to Pennsylvania Department of Transportation spokesperson Fritzi Schreffler.  The crash is believed to have been between a tanker truck and a passenger vehicle, Schreffler explained.
