Girl Sexually Assaulted By Central PA Man, Police Say A 30-year-old New Cumberland man has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl multiple times, police announced on Oct. 9. Joseph Scott Summy of the 200 block of Twelfth Street was arrested Monday in connection with the assaults that supposedly happened in August. Man Caught Masturbating At 7-Eleven In Gettysburg, Police Say A 67-year-old man was caught pleasuring himself in a vehicle parked at a Gettysburg 7-Eleven, police say. A witness to Kenneth Gordon's masturbation called the police to the 7-Eleven on Chambersburg Street at approximately 10:24 p.m. on Oct. 7, according to a Gettysburg Police release on Monday, Oct. 9. Cornfield Crash: Teen Commits Hit-Run In Lancaster County, Police Allege A 15-year-old crashed into a cornfield and committed a hit-and-run while fleeing in Lancaster County last month, police announced on Tuesday, Oct. 10. The crash happened when an unnamed 15-year-old drove into a field in the 600 block of Wallace Road in New Holland around 5:10 p.m. on Sept. 24, the East Earl Township police explained in the release. Kassey Hoege, 56, was apprehended by the GLRFTF-Madison in Packwaukee on Oct. 5, according to USMS Madison.
