Woman Recorded Helping Sex Offender Assault Teen: PA State Police A 16-year-old girl was sexually assaulted by a man at a cookout, and a recording has surfaced of a woman helping him do it, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Wednesday, July 12, 2023. The teen came to report being assaulted by 38-year-old Ryan Peters at the PSP Carlisle Station on July 3. Peters is a registered sex offender since 2007. Motorcyclist Found Dead At Crash Scene ID'd: Lancaster Co. Coroner A 42-year-old man was found dead at the scene of a motorcycle crash on Tuesday, according to the Lancaster County Coroner's office. A coroner was called to the scene of the crash on Rutts Road in West Donegal Township around 10:30 p.m. on July 11, 2023. "A deputy coroner arrived on the scene and pronounced 42-year-old Brian Saylor, of Elizabethtown, deceased.
