Officer Saves Unresponsive Baby At Mount Kisco Home: 'Every Second Counted' Thanks to quick and skillful action, an officer was able to save the life of a baby who had become unresponsive at a Northern Westchester residence. The incident began at around 1:50 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 18, when a Mount Kisco family reported that their 1-year-old child was non-responsive and not breathing, according to Westchester County Police. Person Taken To Hospital After Morning Crash At Busy Katonah Intersection One person was taken to a hospital following a crash at a busy Northern Westchester intersection that briefly slowed morning traffic.  The incident happened on Friday morning, Jan. 19, when two cars became involved in a crash in Bedford at the intersection of Route 22 and Jay Street, according to Bedford Police Lt.
