Ramp Between I-287, Sprain Brook Parkway In Elmsford To Close Overnight Motorists are being warned that a busy ramp leading between Interstate 287 and a well-traveled parkway in Westchester will soon be affected by an overnight road closure.  The ramp from the northbound Sprain Brook Parkway to westbound Interstate 287 in Elmsford will close between 11 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 11 through 5 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 12, the New York State Department of Transportation announced. Motorists who are affected should use the posted detour as an alternate route, officials said. The closure is to allow for guide rail repairs.
