Family Killed In Philadelphia House Fire Gets Support From Community A Pennsylvania family is turning to the community for support after eight children and four adults were confirmed dead in a fire that swept through a Philadelphia rowhouse early Wednesday morning. Exeter Township High School Senior Dies Suddenly Melody G. Bauroth-Sherman died suddenly on Dec. 24, 2021. She was 17. She was a senior at Exeter Township High School, where she was involved in the marching band, track and field, cross country, Reading Olympics, Science Olympiad, and other extracurricular activities, according to her obituary and a GoFundMe. The teen, who was born in Bryn Mawr, was remembered on the fundraiser as a "light in the community" and a "friend to many." East Lansdowne Burglar Flees Home With Gun: Police East Lansdowne police are asking for the public's help in identifying a burglar who they say fled a home with cash and a gun. Surveillance footage captured the alleged burglar leaving the Melrose Avenue home around 3:50 p.m. Tuesday a 9mm handgun in its carrying case, according to police. Linden Thief Crashes Car Stolen Off Dealership Lot A Linden man was arrested Tuesday after allegedly stealing a car from a dealership lot and crashing it last month, authorities said. Gunman Sought In Sharon Hill Shooting Police in Sharon Hill are on the hunt for a gunman who they say injured another man in a shooting last month.
