Bucks Man Who Shot Yardley Police Chief Ordered To Face Trial The 24-year-old man who shot the Yardley Borough police chief earlier this month in Bucks County was ordered to face trial on attempted murder and related charges, authorities said Tuesday. Colin F. Petroziello opened fire on Chief Joe Kelly with a shotgun as he was assisting a probation officer on an offender check at a Yardley Commons apartment around 11 a.m. on Aug. 18, according to the Bucks County District Attorney's Office. Watch: Video Captures West Chester Fight That Left One With Broken Jaw Police in West Chester are turning to the public for help identifying multiple suspects in a fight that left one person with a broken jaw and another with minor injuries. PA State Police Seek Help ID'ing Body Pulled From Delaware River Pennsylvania State Police are seeking the public's help identifying a body found in the Delaware River last week. Troopers responded to the area of 1840 Trails End in Bridgeton Township (Bucks County) around 12:50 p.m. on Aug. 25 on a report of a body wedged against a dock anchored in the Delaware River, authorities said. PD: Man Who Pulled Knife On Shopper At Bucks County Walmart Hit With Multiple Charges A man accused of pulling a knife on a Walmart shopper in Bucks County was hit with multiple charges, authorities said. Barry Whiteman, 59, of Hatfield allegedly pulled a knife on a shopper during a verbal altercation in June, according to Hatfield Township police. A retired police officer intervened before anyone was injured, police said. The circumstances surrounding the argument were not immediately known. Whiteman was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment, terroristic threats, and harassment.

Alleged Drug Dealer Found With Heroin, Fentanyl, More During Raid in Reading, Authorities Say A suspected drug dealer was arrested Friday on accusations he trafficked heroin, fentanyl, and other drugs in Reading, authorities said.
