2 Vehicle Rollover Crash Spills Fuel On I-81 In Lebanon County: PennDOT A crash involving an SUV and a tractor-trailer has shuttered part of Interstate 81 in Lebanon County, PennDOT spokesperson Fritzi Schreffler told Daily Voice.
