Lane Closure To Affect Traffic On Part Of Hutch In Harrison, Scarsdale: Here's When Part of a busy parkway in Westchester will soon be subject to overnight lane closures, officials announced.  The left lane along the southbound Hutchinson River Parkway between Exit 14 (Route 127) in Harrison and Exit 13 (Mamaroneck Avenue) in Scarsdale will close on both Wednesday, Nov. 29, and Thursday, Nov. 30 between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m., according to the New York State Department of Transportation.  The closure will allow crews to perform construction work, officials said.
