Lane Closure To Affect Traffic On Part Of Hutch In Harrison, Scarsdale: Here's When Part of a busy parkway in Westchester will soon be subject to overnight lane closures, officials announced. The left lane along the southbound Hutchinson River Parkway between Exit 14 (Route 127) in Harrison and Exit 13 (Mamaroneck Avenue) in Scarsdale will close on both Wednesday, Nov. 29, and Thursday, Nov. 30 between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m., according to the New York State Department of Transportation. Trapped Driver Rescued After Crashing Car Into House In Hudson Valley A person had to be rescued after crashing into a Hudson Valley home and becoming trapped inside, officials said. The incident happened in Putnam County on Wednesday, Nov. 29 around 12:30 p.m., when a vehicle careened into a home in Brewster, according to the Carmel Fire Department.
