Septic Truck Rolls Over In CT: 'Crappy Traffic Situation,' Police Say A septic truck rollover has created quite a stinky situation at a busy intersection in New Haven County, police said. The incident happened on Thursday afternoon, April 20 in Guilford at the intersection of Durham Road and Route 80, where a septic truck rolled over, according to Guilford Police. Traffic Alert: Part Of State Route 119 In Elmsford To Close Commuters are being warned of an upcoming road closure that will affect a part of a major state route in Westchester. State Route 119 in Elmsford between Vreeland Avenue and Undercliff Avenue is set to be closed beginning on Thursday, April 20, the New York State Department of Transportation announced.
