Lane Closure To Affect Stretch Of I-684 In Bedford: Here's When An upcoming lane reduction is set to affect traffic on a part of Interstate 684 in Northern Westchester, officials announced. Interstate 684 southbound in Bedford between Exit 6 (Route 35) and Exit 4 (Route 172) will be reduced to one lane on Saturday, Nov. 4, the New York State Department of Transportation announced.  The lane reduction will last between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Saturday and will allow crews to work on bridge repairs.
